Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I get a ticket at the War Childhood Museum, or is it only available online?

Yes, you can get a ticket both online and at the War Childhood Museum’s ticket office. We offer both options for your convenience.

Tickets are available for every 30-minute time slot. What does that mean?

This means you can start your visit at any time within your selected 30-minute time slot. Once you enter, you are welcome to stay as long as you like during opening hours.

What happens if I arrive late for my time slot at the War Childhood Museum?

If you arrive late, you will still be able to enter, but it will depend on the number of visitors. Those with tickets for the current time slot have priority, so you might need to wait until there is available space.

Is there a time limit for how long I can stay in the War Childhood Museum?

Once you enter, you can explore the permanent exhibition at your own pace and stay as long as you wish until closing time at 7 PM.

How can I arrange a visit for a group at the War Childhood Museum?

To ensure the best experience, all group visits (10 or more people) should be scheduled in advance. Please contact us via email at visit@warchildhood.org or call us at +387 (0)33 53 55 58 (available from 10:30 to 19:00).
